I bring over two decades of leadership experience and a passion for developing people, with more than seven years focused specifically on human resources. As a department of one, I have managed every aspect of HR — from recruiting and hiring to investigations, EEOC complaints, DOL hearings, benefits, employee relations, compliance, performance management, payroll, onboarding, and orientations.
My academic background includes a Bachelor's in Business Administration and Human Resources Management, a Master's in Human Resource Management, and the SHRM‑CP certification. I've had the privilege of leading teams that consistently surpass expectations and guiding large‑scale recruiting and hiring initiatives for a Fortune 500 company.
